What is it included in the room rate?
Room rates include: buffet breakfast, parking, private beach access, 2 sun beds on the beach and an umbrella (for each booked room), bike rental on availability, TV sat with 12 SKY channels and complimentary Wi-Fi connection throughout the Hotel. Drinks consumed at the bar or in the restaurant are extra.
What type of treatment can be booked?
At the Hotel you can book rate with breakfast only, half board or full board.
How can I pay the bill?
You can pay by cash or credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Bancomat and CartaSì.
Is it secure to pay the booking with by credit card?
Your booking is absolutely secure, as all personal data is encrypted and processed with discretion.
The credit card data is used to guarantee your booking. The Hotel will charge your credit card only in case a deposit is required or for cancellation after the time limit.
The hotel could make a pre-authorization on the credit card given as guarantee for the amount up to 3 nights to check the validity of the card. Bookings received with incorrect, invalid or missing credit card codes are not considered confirmed – and therefore guaranteed.
By booking online, how do I know if the reservation has been confirmed?
As soon as you have made the booking, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a summary of your reservation.
What happens in case of cancellation?
Bookings made directly through the website, not using any special offer, may be cancelled without penalty within 3 days before arrival (72 hours). In case of cancellation after this deadline, a penalty of up to 3 nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Please for all special offers make reference to the cancellation policy stated in the promotion chosen.
What happens in case of no-show, early departure or changes after the time limit?
In case of no-show, early departure or change after the time limit, a penalty will be applied according to the cancellation policy stated in the e-mail booking. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided in the guaranteed booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy stated in the used promotion also for other special offers.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 2 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10 am. Please inform the hotel about estimated arrival time, especially for arrivals after 8 pm. If you have any special requests, please notify our staff beforehand- they’ll be delighted to help.
Is it possible to have late check-out?
Our hotel reception is open 24 hrs. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed with the reception staff in terms of times and expenses.
Do you have a private car park? How much does it cost?
A large car park adjacent to the Hotel is available at the exclusive use of our guests (1 parking space for each booked room) and is free of charge until all the spaces are filled (unsupervised). There is also another car park that is supervised at approximately 300 metres from the Hotel for which we provide prepaid cards.
Do you have rooms for smokers?
No. All the rooms are for non-smokers.
What time is breakfast served?
Our buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. on the beautiful sea-facing terrace. Even if you are late risers, don’t worry: one of our staff will start your day off well by preparing a small breakfast at the bar.
Do you have any proposals for people with dietary needs?
Our chef is available in the cases of dietary needs due to allergies or food intolerances. Please inform the dining room manager or the reception on your arrival so will be prepared in looking after you!
Does the Hotel have internet access?
You can connect free of charge to the Wi-Fi connection which is in the entire building and all the rooms.
How much does internet access cost?
The Wi-Fi connection is completely free of charge.
Do you allow pets in the Hotel?
Small pets are welcome. There is a supplement of 10,00 Euro per night.
Do you have also private beach?
Each room has a complimentary beach place with two sunbeds and an umbrella.
Do you have rooms with sea view?
All rooms have a balcony – of different sizes – most of them with side sea view. We also have rooms with large balconies overlooking the sea.
Do you have a bike rental service?
The Hotel is a bike hotel. Our guests can rent our bikes free of charge for pleasant excursions in Jesolo and around it. Discover Adria Bike Hotels and the services dedicated to cycle tourists. Trekking bike are available paying just Euro 10,00 per person per day.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, on request and with a fee.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available with a small supplement of Euro 8,00 per person.
