What do the room prices include?
Room rates include: buffet breakfast, parking, private beach access with two sun beds and an umbrella for each booked room, bike rental on availability, TV sat with 12 SKY channels, complimentary Wi-Fi connection throughout the Hotel and VAT. Drinks taken at the bar or restaurant are not included in the room rate.
What type of treatment can be booked?
At the Hotel you can book rate with bed & breakfast, half board or full board. Meals not consumed are not refundable.
How can I pay the bill?
You can pay by cash or credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Bancomat and CartaSì.
Is it safe to enter credit card information on your website? What does it mean to leave the credit card details as guarantee for the reservation?
Your booking is absolutely secure, as all personal data is encrypted and stored securely. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. The Hotel will charge your card only in case a deposit is required or for cancellation penalty after no-show. The front office staff will make a pre-authorization on the credit card given as guarantee for the amount up to 3 nights to check the validity of the card. Bookings received with incorrect, invalid or missing codes are not considered confirmed – and therefore guaranteed.
How do I know if a reservation is confirmed?

Once you have completed the booking, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

What is your full cancellation policy?
Reservations made directly with the hotel can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 10 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation any later than that, you will be charged for the 50% of the total amount of your stay. In case of no-show penalty is 100% of total amount. Please note, our ‘Special Offers’ are subject to their own specific Terms & Conditions and therefore the cancellation policy for these special offers may differ to that stated above. Please check the offer Terms & Conditions before booking.
Which is your policy in case of no-show, early departure or changes after the time limit?
In case of no-show, early departure or changes after the time limit, a penalty will be applied according to the cancellation policy stated in the confirmation. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 2:00 pm, check-out is 10:00 am. Please inform Hotel about estimated arrival time, especially for arrivals after 20:00. For any need you can contact the front office staff in advance who will be happy to help you.
Is it possible to book a late check-out?
Reception service is available 24 hours. Late check-out is subject to availability. Please enquire with our team during your stay.
What time is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 am to 10 am in the morning on the beautiful terrace facing the sea.
Do you provide dishes for special dietary requirements?
Yes, we do. We therefore invite you, upon your arrival or by booking, to inform the staff about your food allergies, intolerances or vegetarian diet in order to be prepared to take care of you!
Are pets allowed?
Pets are most welcome. There is a daily charge of € 10,00 per pet. By municipal regulation they cannot be taken to the beach under an umbrella, they can only walk on a leash along the sidewalk. They cannot enter the hotel restaurant room during meals.
Do you have smoking rooms?
We do not. All rooms are completely non-smoking. You can only smoke on the balconies of the rooms.
Services
Is there car parking available? How much is it?
The hotel includes a parking lot per room free of charge. Our guests can park in a small unattended car park adjacent to the hotel, otherwise we provide parking spaces at a 24 hour guarded car park, “the Casabianca car park”, located in Piazza Brescia just 400 meters from the hotel, for which we give prepaid cards. To access this car park, a deposit of € 20,00 is required at the reception, which will then be returned upon departure. Only upon arrival at the hotel we will inform the customer of where he can park the car.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Of course, and it’s free of charge. Wi-Fi can be accessed anywhere in the hotel. You can find the password at the reception desk.
Do you have also private beach?
Each room has a complimentary beach place with two sunbeds and an umbrella. The beach place is free choice, this means that it is not assigned by the reception staff, therefore every day customers will choose the place based on the free ones when they go to the beach.
Do you have bicycles for rent?
Yes, we rent city bikes for free for a maximum of 4 continuous hours. We also have child seats.
Is a laundry service available?
Yes, it’s on request and with a fee.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, we do. For room service we charge 8,00 Euro.
